Geneva® 969 will produce trees that are 40% to 50% of seedling. Similar to Emla 26

Geneva® 969 is Fire Blight (Erwinia amylovora). It is also tolerant to Crown and rot rots (Phytophthora). Geneva® 969 is tolerant to Replant Disease and Woolly Apple Aphid resistant.

Geneva® 969 roots well in layer or stool beds producing a few side limbs that have to be removed. Geneva® 969 produces very few suckers and burr knots.

Geneva® 969 is a good replacement for Geneva® 30. It is Precocious and free standing and suitable for weak soils and or weak growing varieties.
